Most knee issues stem from hip/ankle issues. First and foremost, start working on flexibility and mobility in the hips and ankles, foam roll hams/quads/adductors. Voodoo floss your ankles 4x a week....

EFS onyx bands or rogues bands, although after using both, the onyx are much more durable. I use average/rouges green band, chocked on the pullup bar for facepulls, works really well.

i have a obx 20kg bar and use rouge and regular hi temps with ivanko comp plates and there is absolutely no wiggle. Everything fits snug

Does anyone know if the westside buffalo bar is the same as the nyb buffalo bar ? I would assume so, considering the same specs. Has anyone used the NYB/Westside buffalo bar ?

for a first time belt i would recommend a 10mm prong. Most people i've talked to prefer their 10mm over the 13, a 10mm prong is just more versatile, than a lever. Saying that, I have a 13mm lever...
