A while back, I posted that I was a little concerned with my left tricep.
It has two bobbles for muscle, and my right looks nice n smooth, no bobbles to be seen. Whats up with this?
That the body can only put on so much muscle ( a certain amount) within any given time? And that no amount of supplement(s) can make much of a difference.
I'm doing most of the core lifts mainly and some curls and shrugs here n there.
I don't seem to be getting any stronger as yet, but I guess it all takes time.
