Two questions...
1. Do i have to constantly recalculate the calorie needs during my cutting phase, as i am losing fat and reducing weight. Or does it remain the same during my whole cutting period?...

I knew it to be 1 scoop full, but the spoons vary a lot. When i was back in my home country, the spoon provided with bucket was much smaller than what i have now. I still do have it as one scoop...

I will have to go through it! I thought since Myo is common, some of you guys may know! :)

Does not say anything on the spoon where is the limit. Will go over, the back of the bucket to see if anything is there!

Is weight gainers really that important? I would suggest normal Whey. And eat a lot!

Truly.... for the calorie it offers, it offers very less protein. I would find it difficult to balance it. Especially coz i am on a cutting diet! :(
