    im looking to pack on lots of muscle

    which programs would you suggest? my goal is to get to 160lb someday but i want most to be muscle. any advice would be great

    i am too short to do squats!

    In my gym the metal bars on the side do not allow me to go to parallel or below. should i move back so i squat outside the rack? that might be dangerous though. any tips?

    what workout would be good for me

    I've been lifting for a while now but my lifts are quite weak
    Squat - 155lb
    dead - 240lb with bad form about 160lb with good form
    bench - 130lb
