Read the label for dosages. Mix WF, GM, and GG and drink 30 minutes before and PW during. GG doesn't mix well so its best to chug it.

looks to me like moisture took its toll. That happened to a jug of white flood i had, the moisture packets didnt do their job. white flood turned into brown crud and had to be pitched.
