Ok I just recently purchased some DMSO for some tennis elbow and back pain I am having trouble with. It is listed as 'DMSO 99.8% pure' - I've heard that I need to possible dilute it before applying...

I have wanted to try this on some tennis elbow I've been having... are you saying that I need to dilute the dmso? How do I go about doing this?

So what are you saying? That creatine has an absorbtion rate of less than 10%?

Well I'd like to see an actual legitimate study that proves the claims that only 1% of regular creatine monohydrate makes it into the muscle cell and the remaining 99% is wasted (creatinine)...
