This routine works really well.

I added 1/2-3/4 of an inch to my arms.

Also added more mass to my lateral/rear delts hitting them 4X a week.

My arms are a little over 17 in cold now....

Thanks for the reply. I had overdeveloped shoulders a couple years ago and an underdeveloped chest. Stopped front delt exercises altogether and it's seemed to even out.
