I can promise you that you're bodyfat is higher than you think. It's sad but it's true.
I used to think that I'd be shredded at 200 pounds back when I weighed nearly 300. Reached around 205-210...
This will be my 2nd run of it and only for 3 weeks as a cat. 2.
I'm not even counting my 3-4 day failed attempt from a month ago.

Sometimes taking time off logging helps too but I plan too be much...
Yup, I've been stalled around here for over two months now. Getting sick and tired of it and I have no one to blame for it but myself.
Hoping to break the barrier well before this year is over.
So I crashed hard last week and just kind of ended up taking a week off from watching my nutrition or working out.
But that's over and done with. I got four more weeks of the Arnold program and...

I've been lifting on and off for almost 10 years now. I'm pretty in tune with my body, my strength levels, and how I'm feeling mentally and physically on most days.
That said, there's always lots...
Unless the man weighs 130 pounds, you are not wiping out anything eating 2400 calories per day.
Hell, most average men can lose weight at that many calories per day even at just moderate amounts...
