lol..it will improve over time When I compete(and train) I use flat soled boxing/wrestling shoes for deadlift/bench and Adidas weightlifting shoes for squats.
That's the one I have I think. Hoping it'll be ok with 180
Bodyweight dips are awkward for me. I prefer adding weight. I'll give them a shot though at some point for max reps
