what makes more sense, eating a trashy buffet like hometown buffet before or after a workout

ive been told that fibrous veggies dont need to be counted so i assumed it was the same for fibrous fruits

same exact foods posted, yet nutridiary tells me my total protein intake is 156g and fitday says 176g. Not a ridiculous difference but still, which calorie counting websites are considered the best...

or can you just eat a bunch of it the same way you can eat broccoli and other fibrous veggies without having to monitor.

i know for stuff like bananas, papaya, mango, pineapple, starchy and high...

i still eat osme tuna but i subsituted a lot for sardines,salmon,etc

do whatever suits you
some people cant workout on a half full stomach while others can. personally i can so i eat a somewhat full meal
if not just go for a quick carb source and quick protein
