true ive always said that benching the DB's for 60's would be more equivalent to BB benching-say 160/70 ish?

and it happens to me on bench as well. i just fade out..no fatigue signs. like i run...

chest routines as in diffrent exercises, man. like i can do 3 sets of push-ups til failure..or i can bench..or i can BB bench. you have like 8 diffrent choices for each muscle group...
