ya, Ima go train and run and lift wieghts today and come back and try that tennis ball to massage behind my knees to see if that helps any
also, this may help your theory. Its been hurting ever sense my new job? I sit down, constantly.. Not much walking involved. And when I sit down I feel some pulling on the knees some times.
ya squats are completely out of the question.

I've played soccer my entire life, never got hurt.. maybe its wear and tear.
But BOTH of my knees... I cant even walk up stairs right...

I got it in damn both forearms. So basicly.. Stop lifting.. Drink milk.. and stretch my forearms for a good week or so?
