I wouldn't consider 19% Fat to be dangerously low, but I do generally like it a bit higher. I'll read up on the intermittent fasting that you suggested.
No prob,high protein is very good, I would love to eat those things again, but those are only options on my 1 cheat day/month =) this month's day is already slated for a pizza =).
I think it's great that you can lose a lb/week on 2200 calories (first off that's not my goal, mine happens to be 2lbs/week) that doesn't mean Anything as far as my metabolism goes. I wasn't asking...
Well if I were to get .4 g/lb as a minimum that'd be 94g x9 846 calories of a 2330 calorie diet 36.3%
If I get 1-1.5g/lb of Protein that'd be 235g-352.5g x4 940-1410 40.3-60.5%
Leaving only 544-74...
