get a solid beginner program the way kris...

I started SS and was progresing very fast on deadlifts
eventually i have this fear now that i will **** up my back i am stuck with a mental plateau rather than a physical one
i skipped deadlifts...
i wasnt doing much cardio for 2-3 months
than one day i played some soccer and realized how f*ed up my stamina was so i do cardio now after 2 days lifting 1 day cardio
