  • can someone explain to me what a recomp is ?

    atm i thought of just bulking\then cutting, but i have read in some posts that during a recomp you can lower bf and gain lbm, i just thought that was near impossible to gain muscle while losing fat.

    its not that bad i use it, and i also doubled...
