I don't think gomad is a good idea ,milk is good but not like a gallon ,and 25 lbs are hard to be gained in 40 days,my opinion is calculate ur calories,eat alot and train hard
carbs are soo important ,for bulking and cutting ,u need carbs to give u energy,and to maintain ur muscles ,muscles don't grow just with protein ,they grow with protein ,carbs and fat
Yes true ,from long time ago I loved doing leg workouts like 2 or3 times per week now I hardly do it once a week ,it's better to do a workout even if u not pushing hard than skipping it
