too much volume imo... i play lax too and i think you would benifit jsut as much by doing like a 5x5 program with a lot of different cardio and agility drills. goodluck. you can never be too in shape
i say its a little too much imo. i would do bent rows instead of seated cable...and i would do pull ups instead of pulldowns...

eat a ton... little cardio..dont worry tooo much about being that clean IMO.. you look pretty lean and you probably wont pack on the fat.. eat all you want..then eat more
not long at all..a few days and you really cant beat the price... you dont need NO products IMO.. jsut eat more and make sure your on a good program.. i suggest the starting strength program.. search...
