I don't problem in deadlifting
but I'm always afraid to lift heavy weights on squats and benchpress..
I've seen a lot of powerlifters falling the bars in the benchpress
and I don't want to be...
or should i switch pre-workout ?
I'm using neurocore as for now... my friend told me that he can still have the tingling with NO explode or MP Combat eventhough his stomach is quite full
My workout schedule is always around 8am
my mom cooks the food around 7am and I always wake up at that time too
The problem is.. I can't be in a empty to stomach to take my pre-workout after 3-4...
Is it okay to drink coke zero every other day on cutting ?
do u have experience that you got lean while drinking coke zero ?
