As a general rule, the prior year's Mr. O winner typically retains unless he comes in (i) out of shape...and even then like Jay in '07 can prevail, (ii) injured ala Big Ron, etc. Dex lost last year...

Gunter has fantastic muscularity, BUT he's quite blocky. Freeman, if he could get into good condition for once, would beat him.

NOTE - I'm a big Gunter fan, just realistic about his shortcomings.
