Today's workout and meals:
Workout: Full body routine #1
Meal 1: 54g oats/5 whites/12g flax meal
PWO: 1 banana/whey/.75 c. skim milk
meal 2: 27g oats/.25 blue berries/.75 1% cc/2 fish oils...
My tummy is a little funky everyday...but I can deal with it...I would rather eat the veggies then not I guess.

I'm so sorry to hear about the bad coaching you got...ugh. that has got to be so frustrating for you ...but you did the right thing by leaving that coach/establishment and trying to make yourself...
