    I need to cut now, however, i don't know what numbers (or week) I should do when i'm doing Madcows
    my main goal is to preserve strength and muscle

    OP, you're not stimulating your muscles to gain size by doing progressive overload, adding weight each session
    your results would've been the same if you've done all pro, SS, SL, icf

    3) finish at starting position
    4) exhale all slowly (1 sec)
