    so for the past month or so ive been spinning my wheels it feels like.....basically i started off at 350....cut my ass off (literally for a bout a year and some change...got down to my all time...

    combined with good diet and exercise...YES...that will work..is it the only option NO....you need to make sure your nutrition is in check before doing hiit....or else you run the risk of burning...

    there is no "abs" diet...you have to reduce your overall body fat percenteage...you need to be at 8-9 percent before you will see them..(provided that you have built that muscle up enough to see...)...
