    Monday is a dip-day!

    40 dips to build up gradually to a time frame of 45 minutes. DOMS in lats and glutes still, but very proud I did it anyway. 2 sets of lat pulls to finish off.

    Today´s workout consisted of pull ups only. 24 in 20 minutes. Building up per 5 minutes to my old 45 mins again. Not great volume. Yet. But it's a start..

    Naw man, don't stick to one rep scheme/training approach. Go WSB in the sense that you mix it up all the time every time. Apart from the primary elements in your workout.
