    3 sets of 12 reps of wrist curls and reverse wrist curls with a dumbbell works well for me. I've experienced good growth from those two exercises.

    I'll do leg extensions after squats or leg press. They're good as a finishing movement for the quads. Do them slow and with higher reps and you'll get a good pump.
