Kre Alkalyn is creatine mono mixed with alkaline powder (e.g., soda ash) which is supposed to adjust pH levels. You can give it a go but don't expect any greater gains or better uptake as they marke...

5g is recomended dose by Creapure creators (20g loading phase and 5g maintenance). Though loading phase in not necessary IMO. So if you take Monohydrate (best form) you should take it cca 5g daily....

10kg gain in muscle by june is imposibru my friend. Unless you intend to take something that you shouldnt have. Since I first started (cca 9 years ago) I gained a total of 14 kg of muscle (58 to 72)....

I used to eat lots of tuna too... but now I cut back to 1 or 2 cans per week just in case :D
