Before anyone can properly answer this, you must first tell us... is it a floyd rose style full floating bridge? or a Fender strat style bridge?

If it is a floyd rose, and you don't use it.......

The reason your guitar probably doesn't stay in tune that well is because it is a cheap guitar... the tuners are probably super cheap. It's honestly not worth it to upgrade the tuners on a cheap...
