I used to post on this forum back when I was in the current process of cutting and haven't really used it since after I started bulking... Then I went back to it and decided to post my yr results.
The proof is in the gains my friends.

You've never seen me and eat and obviously it's not because I did it. And 5 meals at around 1700 cals e per day isn't as hard as you all think. I don't get full. Before I was skinny like in that...

I started off eating 3000 cals a day at my skinny starting point.. and eventually got up to around 8500 every day as clean as possible.
As far as food is concerened I think I've eaten more food this last year than I have in my entire life previous. Haha totally worth it though!
Alright guys I'm pretty pumped to inform you yesterday was my one year anniversary of bulking!!!
Age 16: Starting height weight 6 foot 3 160lbs
Age 17: Ending height weight 6 foot 3 245 lbs
So glad it won!
