    Be careful not to overtrain/overload the shoulder... otherwise your shoulder will **** up... at least mine did.

    I cant really give much advice because I seriously screwed up my joints shoulder...

    Basically you need to let it heal... This may mean no shoulder exercises (military press is the worst), however trust me it is best to let it recover now...
