is it good enough to use more regularly and try and cut my chicken breast bills down means as i get this meat for free or wouldn't you guys use it on a daily basis?

Hi all, long story short i got a family member who works at there local chip shop during nights and have been given kilo's of this '' chicken donor kebab meat '' as the chip shop will not reheat it...

Basically as you can see from the pictures on my profile i was fat about 15 stone and spent a year sorting it out and slim down hence the photo's of my not fat anymore... and i was proud...
OP you look very muscular, but you do look like you have a little to much fat i mean you look good after a bulk but you WILL look BETTER if you drop some BF as stated earlier... you look big now drop...
im getting 135g of protein just of protein shakes is that to much?? and about another 50g from food so around 185g of protein a day i find it hard getting my protein in mainly from food as im away...
