Btw, do you also workout only with Dumbells ? or Anyone else here ? I would like to know if there are any improvements in you.
Just to confirm, 9-12 sets for larger muscles mean that i wll do 5-10 reps in each set ? Like in one set, 5-10 reps then in 2nd etc..
