Nothing went wrong. The only thing I didn't have was the extra 15-20years of training everyone else had... I got beat by 35year olds and older... they guys were GREAT and I have no doubt...
I'm improving but am not sure about comepting next year... I want to do Juniors but I'm not big enough... I might just take next year off and train hard :)
None the less it's said to be a hard show... for those who aren't prepared that is ;) hahaha... I can't wait to post some pics Friday night... I'll post some updated pics of 12hrs out :D
And keep your sodium high on the days you're very low carb... that's what's been keeping me looking full!! On the flip side- I have 18lbs of water to drop this week :D
Making middles would be the best thing you can do but your structure is too big to be a middleweight. You'll look lanky if you drop that much weight... but then again I could be wrong, you still have...
