*Sigh*. My lower back pain is a chronic problem, not something that is sore from lifting. It just gets aggravated when I lift. Even if I take a year off I will still have the same pain.

By yourself theres not much you can do. If I were you, I'd run through all my routes and try to make them as precise as possible and work on your cuts and perhaps your footwork.

That's not a bad clean number, you just have to work on it consistently like you did your other exercises. I bench 300 and I probably can't clean over 200, however I don't do powercleans anywhere...
