yes I do feel a little more tired but would prob feel the same if i was bulking with clean high carbs. I have had a few headaches though that I wouldn't normally get.

not really I am making sure I get enough good fats and protein, but as far as carbs and cals go I have no clue just having as many as possible. I could bulk on 6000-6500 cals but I wanted to see...
