    Haha dude, my rows are NOT strict when I go heavy like that. Like, ROM is not optimal, using a bit of leg drive etc. I can upload a vid later but you won't be impressed lmao.

    It's a good exercise, and I was never too much weaker at it than I am at standard incline. Yeah, with the obscene amount of pressing I do I think my delts will appreciate the break.
