    About 1 year training on and off

    This is after about one year on and off have been back at it for about 6 months straight now.

    Height is about 5 10

    Weight start was around 145ish

    Now about 165

    Yea i used to work out but that was back about 2 years ago... I try to do abs everyday for at least 15-20 mins do alittle of everything with abs.

    I have been eating 3-5 eggs and a glass of milk...
