Found this brand on Amazon and it's being sold for only $20 but I wanted some real world feedback from someone whose put them under heavy use. They appear to be a cheaper alternative to Versa Gripps....
Just a quick question guys for those that complete the 5th week cycle heavy day. Do you continue to do the medium and light days as well? Or do you take a rest as a reset for the new upcoming cycle?
I was actually thinking about doing "thrusters" with the DB's but really focusing on form. You make a good point though, I am not new to squats by any means but I understand what you are saying.
