It's better to use music but whenever I do squats, shurgs, anything with a barbell, and some other exercises the earphones just fall out so I listen to Katy Perry and the other horrible **** my gym...
it's more feasible as a burnout (to end your workout) to sprint that last minute than a final rep on a hard lift. Save your energy for your lifting and do cardio after.
Taking two weeks off is barely going to do anything. Just lift lighter when you go back and try to retain your diet through protein+water and soft foods like yogurts etc
What is the science behind people saying that the descending pyramid is good if size is your main goal? I just don't understand how that makes sense as opposed to doing the generic reverse pyramid...
