Was just wondering, if u train hard 5 times a week is it ok to get wasted once every few weeks? Will this significantly mess up my progress of gaining muscle?
Dude u srsly need to take 2-3 days off a week. Muscles grow outside the gym so u gotta take advantage of these 'newbie' gains if you have just started out lifting. Something like this might suit you...
