    gonna stick to 2200 and check how much i lose....gonna adjust it to lose around 0.5kg/week till i get to 10%...

    calculating TDEE

    whats the most TDEE calculating site ?
    i used iffym but its kinda weird.....says my TDEE is around 2500 which is pretty low, I'm 5 foot 11, 166 lbs and I lift for around an hour,6 days a week....

    2 lbs a week "without losing muscle" is kinda impossible.....U should aim for 1lb/week, u still gonna lose a little bit of muscle but its how things go.
