I started powerlifting exactly May 2013. Which was around 8 or 9 months ago. These are all GEARED lifts, i'm using a suit a coach gave me which was made for a 93kg weight class but i'm at the 83kg so...

Good point. Calling how deep a squat should be (well it should be parallel, at least) causes so much argument/disagreement in this community.. goodness hahah
