I have read positive and negative reviews about this author. I have read Schwarzenegger's encyclopedia but I understood Stoppani's workout explanations on some points way better.
He is not getting me to buy anything. I have them from my previous diets etc.
I did not get a feel that he was selling anything. In facts he did not use brand names for these supplements.
Why? Is he not a good authority? I read articles on diet etc but this one was quite easy to grasp.
