Thanks Amino, I really appreciate it. I probably will just sip on the BCAA's during my workout and take it over the weekend when I'm not drinking Meal Replacement Shakes.
Also I will be adding Flax Seed Oil to my stack. As for the Stoked, can I only take it on days I train or take it everyday including non-training days?
