    Thanks to everyone for there input. I am doing Flat, Incline, Flat Dumbell FLyes, Cable Crossovers and Pec-Dec for my Chest workout. I didn't know If I should eliminate one and add pullovers.

    1500g Carbs = 6000 calories
    600g Protein = 2400 calories
    150g Fat = 1350 calories

    don't forget to pump the iron and add some supplements as well.
