Was on CLA for months and didn't do anything. I dropped fat and weight at the same rate without it after I stopped taking it. It's worth a shot to try for the price, it's pretty inexpensive.
Good price but I switched from a "one a day" type like that to Animal Pak for a while now I'm on VitaStack also by Allmax which is awesome! Price is great IMO for a 30 day supply.
