I would like to start by saying that I read pretty much all the stickies!
Right now i'm 5"10 sitting at 185lbs with a bf of ~14%. My goal ? I want to hit 10% asap.
I starting...
So i been trying to cut and lost about 20lbs in 3-4 months. Currently sitting at 183lb, im 5.10" and I'd say around 13% bf.
I want to hit 10% bf.
What should i do ? Im consuming 2000cal a day...
But I've been eating 2000 and im still at the same weight ...

bahh at least its good news, it was tough keepign the 1500-1800 calorie intake.
I went on the balance Friday and im at 185lbs right now

I read all the stickies back in dec before i started cutting. I calculated my macros and always hit my protein/fat/carb while staying at around 1500-1700cal

so i started cutting on january 1st ( was 203lbs back then), first went with 2500cal and that didnt work too well so i decided to go under 2000cal and lost about 10 lbs. Now 3 months...
