i think i know how he got arms that big so quickly... people who do/did a lot of cardio have very good mitochondrial (sp?) density and its easier to add mass when thats the case.

i dunno man. u either have to diet now or later, its up to you. personally i would just do it now, because its gonna be a bitch to diet if you gain more fat.
