yeh im in the getting use to it phase ive just finished up with this workout with for the second time now, can only manage it once a week + swimming also keeps me sore and slows recovery a little...
i just do it that way cost right after the barbell bench pess i wouldnt be able to do the pec dec to a good ability, so i resta lil work something else n come back...
