I personally like the Balance Bars when its tough to get a full meal. Seem to be alright in nutrition, decent amount of protein, and not to expensive. Taste was is good also which is a plus.

I am currently on my third bottle of the pak and have found that one pak a day is plenty. I normally take a cheap grocery store brand vitamin on my off days and just take the pak on training days....

I have been taking the pak for about almost a year now and i like it as i multi vitimin. Normally take it right after I lift with my post work out shake.

Anyone know whats going on with this product. It is currently back ordered and BB and I have also checked a few other websites including USPLabs website and no one has it in anymore?

Should the Shotgun Synthesize combo be taken on off days or just workout days?
