    We have a local place called shalhoobs... nothing...

    We have a local place called shalhoobs... nothing but meat and added spices/flavor... sodium is super low, and there is nothing high about it besides the protein!

    Yum... very expensive though.

    I havent been eating too many FF products...

    4 or so grams of fat in regular cottage cheese... I am fine with that.


    The only thing that I have a lot thats FF is Milk or reduced fat yogurt.
