Dude all ive ever eat was 3 meals a day. For me, eating 6 small meals a day put weight on me
Yeah, After i was on AADD (Airman Against Drunk Driving) last night i had 8 hours to think... I came to the realization i am going to have to bulk.
Alright so im still new in this fitness world. I recently went from 320lbs to 147 in about 2year 6 months. I was going to bulk now but i want the body of a lightweight boxer.
Im 5'8". Im guessing...
Ive taken a minute off my 1.5 mile run in a month and a half run. Im down to 10mins 30sec 1.5mile run. The only way to get faster at running is running... Constantly thinking "Bigger steps... Breath"...
